We had a fantastic experience dealing with RoseMotors Ltd from start to finish. Communication was fast, efficient and friendly and Jon went above and beyond to help with the purchase of our car. After seeing the car online I messaged to enquire about its availability via WhatsApp and received a response in under 5 minutes. A few hours later I received a comprehensive video tour of the car that Jon had very kindly done on a Friday evening which is a great option if you're unable to travel to see the car in person. The deposit process was thoroughly explained and dealt with smoothly, and our car was delivered today exactly as pictured/advertised. We couldn't be happier with the level of service we received from Jon and Fahhad, and would highly recommend them to anyone shopping around for a new car!
